Do I need to book an appointment?

While you are welcome to drop by during our opening hours, we recommend calling ahead to ensure a technician is immediately available to discuss your issue. For more complex diagnostics, we may ask you to leave the device with us.

What information should I have ready when I call?

It’s helpful if you know the make and model of your computer (e.g., "Dell XPS 13" or "Apple iMac 2021"). Most importantly, just be ready to describe the symptoms or problems you're experiencing in as much detail as you can.

Do you offer a call-out service?

Our primary services are based at our fully equipped DCM workshop in Datchet, as this allows us to perform the most thorough diagnostics and repairs. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, as we may be able to accommodate local call-outs for certain issues.
